Scholarship Program

The Scholarship Program had been one of the successful projects of Tagon-ons in USA in the past. We provided financial assistance to the poor and deserving students on selected schools. This program inspired many students to do their best in school and chase their dreams. Watching them succeed in life is our joy for a lifetime.

A Scholarship Program has been one of the successful projects of the organization, helping deserving students in their studies. This program has inspired students to continue learning and do their best in studying. Learning is a natural process that a person must acquire, may it be for a better future or may it be for everyday use; learning is something that all of us must be able to achieve.

Education is the key to success, as our elders always say. Everyone aspires to be the successful person they all wanted to be, each of us does our best in achieving that very goal. Unfortunately, not everyone is lucky enough to have the resources they need to reach for their dreams. The Scholars are thankful enough to the Scholarship Program the Tagon-ons gave to them.

Having the means to study is wealth itself; sadly, not everyone is given the opportunity to do that. This program made that possible for several selected students. Giving these students scholarships helped them beyond their education. This Project has given them a reminder that if you put your heart to it, your efforts would not be gone to waste. Someone noticed their efforts and hard work that is why in return they are given these Scholarships. They finally had a chance to achieve their goals and be the successful person they’ve always sought to be. Helping these students with the Scholarship was possible because of all the people behind the program, the president, the sponsors, and everyone behind the organization did their best to make these young dreamers' dreams a reality.

"Mahirap maging mahirap" means, it is difficult to be poor. As an individual who is able and is given too much in front of you, this is your chance to share those blessings with these unfortunate students. The organization was able to help many but imagine if more people lend a hand and offered more blessings. More students will probably be given opportunities to continue their studies. So, let's be better, be better at helping others and be better at giving if we know we are fortunate enough to receive more than what we need. Be better at sharing; it would not only do you good, but it can also serve a better future for someone who needs it badly.
